1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the AI & Robotics Youth Foundation (ARYF) website, programs, or services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are under 18, your parent or guardian must agree to these terms on your behalf.

2. Our Services

ARYF provides educational programs, courses, and resources in AI, robotics, and technology. Services include:

3. User Accounts

Account Creation

  • You must provide accurate and complete information
  • Users under 13 require parental consent and supervision

ARYF offers free online courses as part of our mission to democratize access to AI and robotics education. These courses are subject to the following specific terms:

Permitted Use

  • Our free online courses are exclusively for personal, educational, and non-commercial use
  • Courses may be accessed for individual self-learning, family education, and community-based learning initiatives
  • Parents may use course materials to teach their own children
  • Community groups may use courses for volunteer-led, non-compensated educational activities

17. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes will be resolved through good faith negotiation. If necessary, disputes will be submitted to binding arbitration in Orange County, California.
