1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the AI & Robotics Youth Foundation (ARYF) website, programs, or services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are under 18, your parent or guardian must agree to these terms on your behalf.
2. Our Services
ARYF provides educational programs, courses, and resources in AI, robotics, and technology. Services include:
- Online courses and learning materials
- In-person workshops and camps
- Mentorship programs

3. User Accounts
Account Creation
- You must provide accurate and complete information
- Users under 13 require parental consent and supervision
- Users 13-17 require parental awareness and consent

- Courses may be accessed for individual self-learning, family education, and community-based learning initiatives
- Parents may use course materials to teach their own children

Any disputes will be resolved through good faith negotiation. If necessary, disputes will be submitted to binding arbitration in Orange County, California.
